GRIZZLY BEAR

In November I was fortunate to visit Silver Salmon Creek on Lake Clark, Alaska, to photograph the iconic Grizzly Bear during the salmon run. To have the opportunity to capture this powerful predator in the Alaskan wilderness, with a backdrop of towering volcanic mountains, was inspiring. At this time of year, Bears are piling on the pounds ready for hibernation. To be within metres of bears chasing salmon at low tide was incredible!
