Vulpes vulpes
I had had a couple of completely unsuccessful days trying to photograph Little Owls, but was aware that Tom Way had a Fox hide near to where I was staying, so had change of plan. Because of hunting, rural Foxes are far more sensitive and warier of human behaviour than their urban counterparts. The hide was located on the edge of farmland and it was reasonably straightforward for Tom to attract the Foxes to the hide. I will return when we have snow!
